Hired LS cleaners to upholster clean our sectional and room after another company no call no showed us. Luis was highly accommodating and willing to come in late that evening to make up for the other companies mishap. Guillermo was professional and very upfront that the fabric on our sectional was not going to clean well and he did not want me to pay the money to have it detailed and then not be satisfied with the results. I appreciated his consideration to communicate this with me although we have had the sectional cleaned by another company before without any issues. In place of the sectional we had him clean another rooms’ carpeting. He did a thorough job as shown in the pictures. The only comments that I have, and the reason for the 4 stars, is that the cleaning solution used has an incredibly potent scent. Being highly sensitive to scents I should have asked about this beforehand. The carpets do still feel wet today and it has been 3 days. They were very saturated the day of and even after the 5-6 hour dry time. It’s been several days and the rooms and sectional test space still have an overwhelmingly powerful scent. I am going to need to have another company come out to try and neutralize it as one of the rooms is our sons’ nursery and I am very concerned with him breathing this in day and night. If you are not overly sensitive to smells this may not be cause for concern for you. I would personally be sure to ask more questions about scents in the future. $120 was a bit higher than we have paid for only 2 bedrooms carpeting as well. I did mention that we were told by Luis that they charge $50 per room and he assured me the cost was $120 so that was a little bit of a miscommunication as well.
